Although I've known about him and his mentorship efforts for several years, the book shed light on aspects of his journey that I was unfamiliar with. I live my life by the mantra 'to whom much is given, much is required' and I believe mentorship is a way to fulfill what is required of us. Must have book for mentors!
This is a great read for anyone who is considering a mentor/mentee relashionship. The author reveals the gift that mentorship can be for both parties. I was really impressed by the way the author describes how someone we have never met can be a mentor.
